IronMargin membership (Core, Pro, or Elite) bills monthly in advance and is not a fixed-term contract. You can cancel at any time.
How to cancel
Email admin@ironmargin.co from the address on your membership and request cancellation. We do not currently offer a self-service billing portal — cancellations are handled directly by the team.
What happens to your billing
Cancelling stops future charges from your next billing date. We do not currently offer prorated refunds for the remainder of a billing period already paid for; if you believe your situation is an exception, email us and we'll look at it directly.
Founding beta pricing
Beta pricing is locked for life only while your membership remains continuously active. If you cancel and later rejoin, you rejoin at the pricing available at that time, which may be higher than your original founding rate.
