Month-to-month, cancel anytime
The Coaching Retainer bills monthly in advance and is not a fixed-term contract. You can cancel at any time. The ServiceTitan Operating Audit is a one-time engagement — there is nothing to cancel.
How to cancel
Email admin@ironmargin.co from the address on your account and request cancellation. We do not currently offer a self-service billing portal — cancellations are handled directly by the team.
What happens to your billing
Cancelling stops future charges from your next billing date. We do not currently offer prorated refunds for the remainder of a billing period already paid for; if you believe your situation is an exception, email us and we'll look at it directly.
Repricing
Pricing may change over time as the coaching practice evolves. If you cancel and later come back, you come back at the pricing available at that time.
